Find out what multi-academy trust leaders really think about the challenges ahead, in 澳门心水论坛’s MAT Leaders’ Survey Report for 2022.
The results provide us with a fascinating temperature check on how MATs and single-academy trusts feel about the aims set down by the government. There are some reasons to be positive: most of those who responded to our questions feel ready to expand but when you look deeper it is not a wholly optimistic picture: stress and workload are taking their toll for many and while most respondents suggested that they were in a good position to onboard new schools into their trusts a significant proportion were not, with the report highlighting a number of areas where MATs and single academy trusts feel that they need additional support.
